I'm not really sure about your situation here.

You are saying that Fury by TurtleTyrant and Sunshine by LosDelfinos do not exist, but they do exist although I don't think those are popular or well known songs.

The earliest instances of these songs that I can find are:
- A song named "Like Sunshine in the Rain" by Tributo Los Delfines (I think this is an album name) was released in 2018.
- A song named "Fury" by TurtleTyrant was released a few months ago.

I found the songs on Apple Music and on Amazon Music, so they do indeed exist.

Just because the songs are not on Newgrounds, it does not give you the right to upload them. What you upload here must be your own works. You can't take a song you didn't make and upload it as your own.

If you made the music and think that there must be a mistake, PM a mod along with proof that you made the music. Using stock loops or loops that you didn't make is also considered as stolen.

You can see the date as well as the time of the upload when you visit a submission. You can see it below the author (uploader).

That is an honest mistake on my part. I didn't hear your submission the first time because it got removed so I looked for the closest match to the description.

Now that you gave me a link to the song, I can find a closer match and I found this:

This is Sunshine by Los Delfinos in an album called "Heat". I think this is the song the report was referring to.

I think this can explain why your submissions were considered stolen.

The simplest explanation I can give is this:

You showed yourself using Groovepad. If you used the loops and samples provided by Groovepad, then it's possible that the other artists did the same. So your work can easily be mistaken with their songs.

Also, if you didn't make the loops then you can't upload it here since it's not your original work. You need to make the sounds yourself. You can familiarize yourself with these rules in greater detail here:
